We have recently undergone a software conversion as part of our continuous efforts to provide better service to you. As a result of this conversion, you might have noticed that you have a new account number on your bill. This change was necessary due to the conversion process. We would also like to bring to your attention that the gallons used section of the bill is currently displaying your usage in incorrect units, which can be confusing. (Example – 11 equals 1,100 gallons.) But we want to assure you that we have been in contact with our software company to address this issue, and future bills will more clearly indicate your actual usage in gallons.
