| Emergency Contact.... The number listed below is to the Clermont County Communications Center (CCCC). This after hour service, provided to us by CCCC, is very much appreciated and customers should limit their calls to actual emergencies so as not to tie-up the dispatchers unnecessarily. Emergency - This number is to be used only in the event of an emergency after normal TMWA office hours. Examples include service line breaks, water coming from the meter pit (possible broken frost plate), and low pressure or no water from a possible main break. It is not considered an emergency if a customer is out of water due to shutoff for non-payment, returned check, or incomplete paperwork. Please contact the office the next business day to make the account current or to have the paperwork completed. Every attempt will be made to keep customers informed by one or more of the following methods in the event of main breaks, boil advisories, flushing programs, etc. 1.
